Return shipment
You have the right to cancel the purchase after receipt of your order without giving any reason. You must notify us of this within 14 days of the day of receipt.
We cannot take back opened beers, or beers that are damaged or unsaleable due to you,
To do so, send an e-mail to info@debiertonne.nl. You will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail with the instructions for returning. When the return shipment has been checked by us and found to be in correct condition, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days.
You must pay the costs for the return shipment yourself. The risk of damage or loss of the return shipment is for you.
