When you order something online, you buy remotely. In that case you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period or you have the right of withdrawal. You have the right to cancel your purchase without reason.
When does my reflection period end?
The 14-day reflection period starts on the day your order is delivered. If you receive your order on, for example, April 1, you have a reflection period until April 15.
Can I open the beers during my reflection period?
No, you cannot open the beers. When you have opened a beer you are stuck with the purchase of the beer in question.
When do I have to return my purchase?
You have 14 days to return your purchase. Those days start on the day after you cancel the contract. So not on the day after you received the product!
How do I return my purchase?
You can use the shipping box with which you received your order.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
The shipping costs and the risk of damage or loss lie with you as a buyer.
What amount must the seller refund me?
The seller must refund you the purchase price and the delivery costs. Delivery costs are the costs you have paid to have the product delivered to your home. Are you returning part of your order? Then the seller does not have to refund the delivery costs.
How do I get my money back?
Do you (partially) cancel your order? Then let us know within the reflection period that you want to cancel the purchase. You can inform us about this by:

We will refund the amount within 14 days after you have notified us to cancel the (partial) purchase. If we have not received your return shipment within 14 days, we will wait with a refund until we have received the package.
